WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR EXCHANGES?
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your item back to us within 14 days of purchase. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, you will be issued an in-store credit. You can then apply the instore credit for the desired size.

HOW DO I HANDLE DEFECTIVE ITEMS?
All defective items must be reported within 5 days of being received. Once inspected and approved you will be given in-store credit. You can then apply the instore credit to another item. Items that have been washed will not be eligible for instore credit.
